The fairy tale places of Sofia or #хаштагсофия/ #hashtagsofia – a photographic exhibition of Ivo Jovanovic in Art Gallery Serdica, from the 22^nd of January, to the 10^th of February 2019. The opening is on the 22^nd of January at 6 PM.

The details in the architecture of the city environment have always impressed the author as authentic traces from times gone by. Therefore the photographs of Ivo Jovanovic are a direct reference to those places in Sofia, which remain unnoticed in the hectic daily round, but the moment we really see them, the tale comes to life. The author defines his photographs as momentous pictures of the part of Sofia, which has remained untouched by the process of modernization, which has kept its calm appeal and European self-confidence. A city with memory, which should not remain hidden under the layers of oblivion.
